Farley's Cafe

I had a wonderful experience with the avocado toast i ordered here. Absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend you to try it. The staff is very polite and caring :)

Wow. Two major issues. First, the coffee is $10 and tastes like gas station-quality coffee. Completely underwhelming for the price. Second, the service was poor from the start. I dealt with an Asian female ( I think ), that had white dyed hair and short in height ( so you know to avoid her/him. The staff member at the counter seemed visibly bothered when I approached. When I asked for help ordering, I was told to use the self-order screen instead, which already felt dismissive. I ordered a lavender latte with oat milk. It had no noticeable lavender flavor—just a bland, overpriced coffee. I returned a few minutes later and politely asked for one extra pump of lavender syrup. I was immediately told there was already lavender in it, with no effort to address the issue. When I asked again, syrup was added in a rushed way that splashed onto my cup and hands, with no apology or acknowledgment. Overall, poor product and worse service. I won’t be returning. P.S. those 2 pumps ruined my coffee and just didn't feel like dealing with this really unfortunate situation.

4:17 pm … I ordered a croissant warmed up. How can you go wrong? Well… It did! The inside was cold and the whole thing tasted like a piece of dry bread. Definitely among the top three worst croissants I’ve ever eaten in my life. A serious waste of six dollars.

Clean, overpriced (but it IS the airport), and slow to get my food. They weren’t busy, but very helpful.

Peets is gone. In its place is Farely's Cafe between gate 22 and 23. The line goes directly to the register, bypassing the selection of food so you can't see what you might want to order. I ordered a bagel that felt like I was eating dried shaped gruel in a Siberia prison cell. There are so many things wrong with this one bagel, that I will go through the trouble of listing it for you, just for your amusement. The bagel was automatically toasted, not at my request. It was toasted too long or was very stale because it was hard to bite the hard exterior layer. Who am I kidding. The whole thing was stale and toasting it couldn't save it. It was hard to press my teeth together to chew through the bagel. I had to use the back molars to grind the bagel down. My jaw hurts. They didn't give me enough cream cheese to spread on two sides. It cost $4.50 for something that might have been served in the 1990's in a country that has never heard of bagels. But I'm determined to finish this thing because I am stuck on a plane and should something bad happen before I'm done, I will have a hard object to defend myself.
