Farmers Insurance - Craig Aikin

The Farmers Insurance Craig Aikin has been providing amazing services for my family. They go above and beyond trying to get us the best comprehensive coverage and at the best price. When I called this month regarding a price increase on my home policy Kendal took the time and researched ways to help us save on the new policy. She was able to save us a lot and we are deeply grateful. Kendal is very professional, kind and cheerful, one can tell she really works for us the customer. We will stick with Craig Akin agency for years to come.

This insurance company has kept communication open with me for the past few years and in the past they were not able to meet what my previous auto and home insurance provider was giving me but they once a season they would send a no pressure reminder to check in with them if I wanted to see their rates. I'm happy to say that this year they blew the competition away and I got more for less and the communication and customer service was second to non during our configuring of my policies. I had to make an update on my policy. Truthfully - I was dreading the process. Fortunately, the customer service that I received was great! I have been with Farmers for a few years now and I won't change. Between the great prices and outstanding customer service I have recieved. Kendall is very sweet and funny and Craig makes conversations seems like your talking to a good friend.

I reached out to compare against our renewal from Progressive which had significantly increased despite us not making any claims! Allie walked me through everything and offered me a much reduced premium without reducing coverage. Follow up and assistance from Kendall was great too.
