Farmers Insurance: E. Craig Slater

After 3 years with them I was informed that my home insurance wasn’t going to be covered in my area anymore. I’ve never filed a claim or called for any needs so was happy that they said they’d be contacting me to help find alternative options. 1.5 weeks before my insurance expired I still hadn’t heard anything from them. I called to find out if this was just something they sent to say they did or if they would actually help. They emailed me some options maybe 2 days later. Then needed additional information from me. I sent that information and never heard back from them. I ended up having to find them myself. Long story short don’t rely on them to follow through with any promises. Something simple like this should’ve been easy to do. Can’t imagine trusting them with my home and claim process. Very disappointed.

I've been a customer of the Slater Insurance Agency from the beginning. Mr. Slater and his team have never failed to provide great service and excellent insurance advice. I have my home and auto policies with the Slater Agency and couldn't be more satisfied. I once inquired about a different insurance product and after analyzing what already had versus Farmer's offering Mr. Slater told me that he couldn't offer anything better and I might as well stay were I was. That is amazing honesty and that is why I don't plan to have my insurance needs met anywhere else but the Slater Agency.

If you are looking for the best insurance company, this is the one. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and super easy to yall with. He was always available to answer my questions. He will be my agent for life.
