Deisi Jones is the best Farmers Insurance representative ever!! I have been with her for years and has never let me down. She is always on top of everything and always makes sure that I have the best coverage at the best price. She always goes above and beyond to satisfy my insurance needs weather its my auto, home, life or any other question or concern that I might have. Customer service is 100% with her no matter how busy she is.

They have no idea what they are doing. They say they quote you with farmers and they use "Infinity" car insurance giving you a farmers insurance price. LETICIA PRECIADO will lie and give you a different insurance and she will use your credit cards/debit cards without your authorization. I wonder if she is even licensed to sell insurance? I requested multiple times for KHAN NGUYEN (actual agent) to call me and I never got a call back. LETICIA will even offer you to buy you lunch for a whole week just to cover up her screw up. She also forgot to submit my policy and I was driving my car without insurance thanks to this Leticia. This agency is the worst. Farmers insurance is a great company to be hiring this kind of jokers.

Stay away from farmers they will rip you off . Instead of canceling my policy farmers kept billing me for 3 months although i was with a different auto insurance company . They also took my account to collections claiming I owed them $300 , so I had to send proof to the collection agency showing them I was covered with a different company during the time farmers kept billing me . So after sending in my proof that I didn’t owe farmers the agency still tried to make me pay $250 which I refused to pay til they went down to $116 .... don’t get coverage here runnnnnnn

I opted in for home and car insurance there because the staff was very helpful In getting me a reasonable quote. I have had a great experience with the whole staff Aretha , Mercedes and Daisy are always helpful with my needs !!!
