Farmers Insurance - Richard Salinas

They are horrible, I have had home auto and business insurances with them.I have being having to move them. everything goes well when you get a new type policy with them but after that they do not answer calls and when they do they tell you they will look into it and will give you a call back, but you will not hear back from them. The same goes with emails.

I had an amazing experience learning from this team about life insurance. Not only do they genuinely care about their clients and ensuring they have the best coverage, but they also go above and beyond to support and mentor other agents, helping them excel and grow. The generosity and dedication within this office is truly remarkable. I was helping a co-worker with some issues he was having getting a policy canceled on a home he hasn't owned in a few years, we were getting nowhere calling directly to Farmers customer service, we submitted everything they needed a few times and still could not get a resolution. I reached out to this local office (this is where the policy originated) & Crystal answered the call, within a few hours she was able to get it resolved the best she could and provide us with information to take care of the rest ourselves. Her customer service exceeded my expectations! Thank you Crystal!

I have had a terrible experience with this Farmers branch for over a year now. We have home and auto. They NEVER answer or return calls!! For some inexplicable reason their system will keep sending refunds then sending bills. They will bill my escrow, then refund again, then we pay them directly, they bill the escrow again, then refund that. I had a very extensive conversation back in July 23 to sort this out, and was told yes, we are all square - we can see you paid out of pocket and we will apply that to the current policy only to start receiving threats to cancel the policy due to non payment in Feb 24. I was told by an agent from the 1-800 number that she can see an employee at this branch open end my account in January and requested to cancel. It makes no sense whatsoever. We are paid up and should be covered until July 24. I can’t reach anyone to discuss. If you like to be able to reach out to your agent when you need to I would steer clear of this branch!!

I called in to get a quote for my 4 vehicles and homeowners insurance. I think her name was Yesenia was amazing. She gave me a quote immediately.m and it was by far the best one from all other places I had called . The difference was abt $100 monthly that I would be saving from other companies. She emailed me my ID cards quickly. Recommend them 100%
