I have been looking for a nail salon around Rancho SD, and I finally found where I am satisfied with my gel nails. Kylie at Fashion Nail did a beautiful job, I love my nails and they lasted over three weeks. I found my nail place 😉 Thanks Kylie!!

This place is unhygienic. I question if most of these people even have a license. When the lady was doing my pedicure, she had open containers on her cart. She then proceeded after touching my feet to dunk her hand into the orange Pedicure polish, and then proceeded to polish both of my legs and feet, rinsed her hands in my foot bowl that was not clean , and then put her hand into the next jar, which was the green mask. She didn’t have any sort of spoons or anything to grab the product. She’s clearly just doing this over and over again with every customer. The tools that she used did not come out of a sanitized packet either. She was very unprofessional.

I went there to get a full set with pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was PERFECT! She really did everything right and was very nice and went beyond, she was appreciated and shes the reason for the 2 stars above. The other lady on the hand was just awful! She cut 3 of my fingers while doing the full set ! I was bleeding! She began doing my nails on the pedi chair, which was fine I get it , However, she did not place any towel or pillow! My pants were a mess and my arm hurt from me holding it up while shes doing the nails!! The lady who did the pedi saw my pants and apologized on her behalf and brought a towel and a pillow for me! The lady who did the nails saw that and started to slam my thighs “to get the mess off “ and I asked her to stop!!! Its terrible to have one careless staff ruin it not just for the good once but actually for the whole nail salon ! Terrible experience, whoever is incharge should train staff and also hire someone that actually cares!!

It was good until about an hour or so after my manicure. One of my nails bubbles up. idk if the cold temps do that? And it peeled off a layer of the gel... I came cause it was just right there, but I guess you get what you pay for. The lady was also on her phone a lot throughout the manicure which I don't mind if there's some drying time down or whatever, but now looking at the results, I'm upset she didn't put in the effort to make sure they were good.

They did a terrible job on my feet. The lady wasn’t even filing my actual nail, instead she was filing my actual skin. The French tips aren’t even right, my toes and nails are all uneven. She also cut them to short for me. Did not like them at all. Will never return back.
