FastLap Auto Repair: The Future Of Automotive Care

I had a great experience with FastLap Automotive and would absolutely recommend them. My 2007 Honda Element was having some frustrating A/C and cooling-related issues, and they did a great job diagnosing the problem, explaining what needed to be done, and completing the repair thoroughly. What stood out most was their customer service and communication. They kept me informed, were easy to work with, and never made me feel like I was being rushed or upsold. The repair was completed properly, the vehicle is running much better, and the final price felt fair for the work performed. It’s hard to find a shop you feel good about trusting, especially with an older vehicle, but FastLap earned that trust. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and quality of their work. Edit: Not but a month later, my engine mounts, serpentine belt, and tensioner all needed to be replaced. Fastlap was able to get me in and out in the same day! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair prices, once again.

Finding a new auto mechanic is always a bit intimidating. You wonder: Will they do quality work? Will the pricing be fair? Are they going to “find” a bunch of extra issues once they get under the hood? That’s exactly why I can confidently recommend Fast Lap on Memorial in NW OKC. From the very first phone call—where they managed to squeeze me in on short notice—the experience was excellent. Every question I had about tires, wheels, and best practices was answered thoroughly and honestly. I never felt rushed or brushed off; they took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the work being done. What really stood out was the transparency. They showed me before-and-after results of the service and inspection, which goes a long way in building trust. Even better, there was zero pressure to upsell unnecessary maintenance—something that’s unfortunately all too common elsewhere. On top of that, they honored a military discount, which I truly appreciated. Chris shared some helpful recommendations for other shops to check out for wheels, and Ronni even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited—small touches that made a big difference. I’ll absolutely be returning for future maintenance, and I highly recommend Fast Lap to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service.

My car broke down in a trip from TX to NE. Luckily I found this FastLap. They started working on it the day I had it towed there. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They test drove it to make sure it was, indeed, repaired and road ready. They did discover an additional problem but were able to fix that very quickly. The car made the rest of the trip fine. The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. They kept me informed of the status of the repairs and explained them clearly, as well as the costs involved. Their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend them for any of your car needs!

Service here is great. Mechanics and advisors are honest, they do not recommend work just to bill you. Great people, great place. You could go to a cheaper place but FastLap never leaves me in doubt that my car is fixed. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely top notch. The service is incredible and professional. It felt professional but a very warm welcoming and so clean. They did an oil change on our Porsche Cayenne not only was it reasonable price but the work was fast and thorough. I definitely recommend this place for your auto needs, I know we will be going back with all our vehicles. Thank you
