Feng Cha Rowlett

My husband and I stopped by and ordered the mango fantasy blended drink, the taro milk tea and the matcha love milk foam cake and they were all so tasty and refreshing! The staff were very patient and friendly as they waited for us to order from their extensive menu. I loved that this location has pastries and cakes on top of their signature drinks. The restroom was very clean; I tend to judge businesses on how clean they keep their restrooms. Needless to say, we will be back to try the other drinks on the menu!

Just went in and ordered my husband and i a drink, his was good, mine had a powered substance in it…. drive all the way back up there and asked them to remake it and they refused. I threw the whole drink in the trash right in front of them. Good Going Rowlett!!! I will not be back! nor will my family that went in there all the time! Thanks for the response BUT the Tea was not half gone! Check the video and the trash can in your establishment! I have never had to return a drink and tried a couple sips to see if it was just in one spot. but it was not so i drove back up there from arriving at home to see if you would make it right! Obviously not! This is too expensive to not get right or make it right! Your customer survive needs lots of help!

I wanted to like this location because it’s close to my house, but unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience every time I’ve gone. The staff aren’t very friendly, but my main concern is about the drinks. The drinks are always off compared to other locations. I’ve been to several other locations, and the drinks have always been consistent in both taste and quality. Unfortunately, this Rowlett location is the only one where I’ve repeatedly received drinks that taste noticeably different from how they’re supposed to. Yesterday, I ordered a strawberry matcha. The milk felt powdery, the color was off, and there were way too many strawberries. I was hoping to feel refreshed after my drink, but instead I felt nauseous for the rest of the evening. Looking back, I wish I had asked for a refund, that’s how bad it was. A couple of weeks ago, I took my brother there and he ordered a taro drink. The same thing happened: the milk tasted powdery, the color was off, and he even noticed bits in the drink that he had never felt or seen before in that same drink. I really wish they would look into whatever is causing this issue. Whether it’s how the drinks are being prepared, ingredient measurements, or quality control, something clearly isn’t right. I’d love to support this location because it’s so convenient, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I’ll have to keep going to other locations instead.

Nice little place, the food is pretty good for the price. I got one of their lunch specials that included a main, an egg roll, and fried rice. The egg roll was nothing more than lots of cabbage wrapped up in a wonton skin. Which to me made it inedible. The main course was mostly celery. The flavor of the man was fine, just wish it had a variety of vegetables in it as you normally find in Chinese food. I will be back again but will not get anything with an egg roll and will ask them to cut back on the celery.

Beautiful place! Has fun board games and well maintained from what we experienced. They did mess up an order, but quickly fixed it up. A nice place that can get busy in rush hour.
