Bought our wedding bands here and had the loveliest experience with Krista, the owner, and her fellow staff. After going to many other shops this one seemed to have it all - the widest selection and the best service. She even ordered different iterations of bands for my partner to try, returning the ones he didn’t choose. Engraving on the house with our purchase at any time in the future. Free re-sizing. Highest recommendation! A Berkeley gem.

My husband and I went in for an appraisal on my Vera Wang Engangement ring which he purchased from Zales for me back in 2017. There was a little blonde girl who barely even tried to help us. She took my ring for barely 10 seconds and said it was fake and make of brass...? You're lying to yourself and us since we know where we got it from. Lol. Petty vibes! I felt she was prejudice toward us since by how we were dressed and how we looked. She was so insecure when she even spoke to us. You can tell by the way her demeanor was that we weren't welcome the moment we stepped in that building. You shouldn't waste your time here, unless you're some cookie-cutter, snobby, yuppie Berkeley vibe. Otherwise, don't go here. We went for an appraisal up the street at Oaks Jewelers and we got so much help from a gentleman named Jeff. He was very informative on what our options were since we did get our ring repaired by another jeweler in Castro Valley years ago.
Such friendly staff! These folks kindly polished up our rings at no cost! Very nice jewelry as well, highly recommend you check out this gem of a local business.
