Taylor is an absolute beast when it comes to everything hair, love her work and dedication and couldn’t be happier with her communication and service. Update: I also got my beautiful nails done by their nail tech Madi, she did so amazing in keeping them short like I wanted, very cool vibe and very comfortable around her. She made sure to know what I wanted at every step and was attentive to detail.

Don’t waste your time. Rude owner manager and unprofessional employees all around. This is what $1300 and a hair consult gets you at Fort Worth hair co. I scheduled a consult to purchase new hair extensions and chose the hair color on the left in the first picture. Two weeks later I’m told they have arrived and to come get them. I drive 40 minutes to go get the new hair and they pull out the “matching” wefts. Nothing about these match other than the length. I complained in a professional calm manner and then was bombarded by not one not two but three stylists (two of which being the owner and manager). I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere. Instead of being helpful and trying to come to a solution i was presented with combative rude attitude. The only solution i was given was they’d take them back not reorder them but take them back. I was supposed to sign a contract that stated they’d replace any incorrect or damaged extensions for free but once i wasn’t happy the contract was never presented to me again. I also reached out to the stylist i did the consult with sad and telling her how unhappy i was with how the owner treated me and was left on read. If you are looking for rude , unprofessional and shotty work done on your hair Fort Worth hair Co is for you! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go anywhere else but here. My girls and I booked haircuts with Mariah, and she did a fabulous job! She was friendly, really listened to what we wanted, and delivered exactly that. The salon is a total vibe everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

At first I felt a little silly going to a nice salon for a more simple style because I just wanted a few inches off, all one length. I booked Ashlynn and I am so glad I did! She is very friendly and she really took her time making sure I liked the length and that everything was even. She did a great job on the blow dry too! I can tell she takes her work very seriously. I love how my hair turned out and I booked her again for the future. Even though my style is on the simpler side, she made me feel reassured that I came to the right place.
