After having permanent makeup (brows) done multiple times over the past 20+ years and never using the same person twice, a friend recommended Francesca. They said “she is the best in the business”. Prior to Francesca, my last visit to a permanent make-up artist had been just over a year. I truly wanted hair strokes to make me look like I actually had some real brows (which I don’t). Because of previous work, the artist told me I would need shading to cover the faded reddish, but still visible brows. While I really loved the initial look, they didn’t last long. When it came time to have them done again, I decided to try Francesca. She gained my trust with her knowledge, expertise, honesty, and professionalism. I highly recommend Francesca for all of your Permanent Makeup needs. I have been contemplating getting my eyebrows and eyelash line done for the past couple of years. Because I’m older, my eyelashes and eyebrows are getting thinner and it keeps taking me longer to do my make up. Because I was somewhat fearful that the process would hurt I kept coming up with excuses and putting off making the appointment. Finally a couple of months ago I got serious about it and scheduled an appointment with Francesca. We talked at length over the phone and she put my fears at ease...so I scheduled an appointment with her. During the appointment Francesca explained the whole process again as well as the recovery. We discussed exactly what I wanted, and I decided on the brush stroke method for my eyebrows. We decided to go a little less intense to see how l liked it and she indicated that during the touchup process several weeks later, we could always go more dramatic if I wanted. She drew on my eyebrows using a stroke method and I was super pleased with the shape and the overall appearance. She then proceeded with the tattoo process. I won't say it was pain-free, but it was certainly tolerable. She used red light therapy after the procedure to help expedite the healing and I think it really made a huge difference.. My eyebrows healed beautifully, no scabbing or redness and only a little loss of pigment during the healing process. I absolutely love my eyebrows so much that a month later I decided to have my lash lines done to enhance my eyelashes. This process is a little more painful, but Francesca applies numbing cream to alleviate much of the pain. I absolutely love the results and I can't believe the difference the eye enhancement has made. I feel like my eyes show up without having to use eyeliner. It makes my daily makeup routine so much easier. I look like me but so much better! Today I went in for a touchup on both my eyebrows and my eyelashes and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. I only regret not having these permanent makeup procedures done sooner. Francesca is very talented and knowledgeable. She is a perfectionist and listens to her clients needs. Her office is neat and clean and she always has upbeat music playing. Good vibe overall!

I've been Francesca's client for a few years now and have had several procedures done with her. Every single time, the results have exceeded my expectations--I completely trust her, and as I most recently said her "Do what you want because I trust you" I started with my eyebrows (and have kept up with regular touch-ups), then did the Eyelash enhancement, and most recently a Lip Blush. I couldn't be happier with every single one of these procedures!
