Round of applause *** Maria A., enough said! ...by providing the utmost top notch customer service I have ever received in a very long time, she has exceeded the standard of what customer service should be. When it comes to deliverance Maria brings it with a punch, a kick, you name it, and not to mention besides having an excellent experience working with her she has completely cut my monthly bill in essentially half, and guess what - its literally the same insurance company! Costs were dramatically cut to my 6 month auto insurance premium by over 42% while approximately saving 44.24% on my monthly payment! That's nearly $1,000 a month cheaper! Maria: is very diligent, knowledgable, sincerely patient, super understanding, hard working, has excellent communication and is even informative behind every question and concern I had. The extra added touches behind it all was just how personable she is which by the end of the conversation I thought to myself - "Man, I wish she was my best friend!" (After the call I was almost sad to know the call had ended.) She has completely lifted up my spirits by giving me the chance to no longer feel defeated. Given my most recent hardships, this "simple" extreme financial savings has given me more than hope. I feel like I can finally breathe again. Nonetheless, I have felt completely reassured 100% of the way knowing she did exactly everything she could do to secure me the most affordable car insurance despite my most recent driving history. Oh - and Leslie her supervisor is just as great even with the small conversation we had - she was very kind and appreciative. These two ladies alone definitely make this office worth working with. They will not disappoint! P.S. - MARIA DESERVES THE HIGHEST COMMISSION POSSIBLE AND ESPECIALLY A PROMOTION !

Great customer service from Lesley in general was enough for me to trust her advisement moving fwd with this company. So far so good with this insurance company, I might add. I had everything all set up in early April of last month, but im now rating her service because I work 10+ hours a day, 6 days a week & I NEEDED to finally make the time at 6:06am in the morning while I had some down time so I could share my experience.
