I recently visited this “Fremont auto repair shop” and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service and professionalism. The team clearly knows what they’re doing, and the quality of their work was flawless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled auto repair services.

Came here a few times to have brakes, rotors, suspension, alignment and oil changes done within a 3 month time frame. The kind of thing I do as a loyal customer to support my new local mechanic after moving in the area. I will not be returning to install my rear end suspension or any other part. They installed my 2 front struts ,the noise went away, now it feels like something is loose and feels like its wobbling, it got worse over time, after calling today to see if they can check what the problem is as it feels unsafe to drive they are charging me $160 for diagnostic. I have replaced every part that has to do with suspension at the front end, there is no other reason why I should still be having this problem. I will be taking it somewhere else to get checked, im pretty sure they installed the struts but since they are magneride suspension i have reason to believe they didnt calibrate it and/or left something loose.

Went in for a tire change and alignment, but after the work was completed, the steering wheel was visibly off-center while driving straight. I drove 40 minutes back the following week to have it corrected. During the test drive, the mechanic repeatedly insisted nothing was wrong even though the steering wheel was clearly tilted. What made the experience worse was the way I was spoken to. He repeatedly asked if I spoke English after I didn’t hear him clearly the first visit and again during the follow-up appointment. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling dismissed rather than helped. I would not return and would recommend others be cautious before bringing their car here. - EDIT in response to the owner’s reply: I never disputed that my vehicle had worn tires or additional recommended repairs. My issue is that after the alignment, the steering wheel was still visibly off-center while driving straight. I returned to have it corrected, and instead of acknowledging the concern, the technician repeatedly insisted nothing was wrong even though the wheel was clearly tilted during the test drive. Your response also ignores the unprofessional interaction I experienced. I was repeatedly asked whether I spoke English after not hearing someone clearly. That came across as disrespectful and unnecessary. This review is based on my personal experience: I paid for an alignment, left with a crooked steering wheel, returned for help, and felt dismissed rather than assisted.

I’ve gotten (2) crate motors installed. One 89 Bronco and one 2001 Mazda 2.5L, one fuel pump and a handful of smogs. Fremont Auto and staff stand by their work and are great at it. Pricing is great and very fair. Communication is top notch. I will continue using them. 5/5 stars
