I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen! She did a fantastic job with my overall dental work and my wisdom tooth extraction. Throughout the entire process, she provided excellent care and clear guidance, which made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to keeping her as my primary dentist going forward!

Two years ago, she tried to persuade me to replace all of my fillings (I had to pay over $1000 after insurance). While I was still hesitant right before the operation, she said I did not trust her and asked me to find another dentist (thank you🙃). Then I checked with two other dentists, and both said I did not need to replace any of my fillings at that time - they were still working well. Such a bad dentist! After that I heard from another resident from Taiwan complaining about her doing whatever it takes to make money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I was not informed about the cost of the X-ray beforehand, and it was done without clearly asking for my consent. Later, I received a bill of $185, which came as a complete surprise. Transparency around charges is extremely important, and this was lacking. Additionally, during my filling procedure, the experience was quite uncomfortable. Instead of making me feel at ease, I felt rushed and unnecessarily anxious due to the way things were communicated. It seemed like the focus was more on finishing quickly rather than ensuring patient comfort. Overall, I did not feel well-informed or cared for, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Dr. Chen is really diligent and knowledgeable. I made my crown with her as a new client. The service was fast, appointment was easy to schedule, all procedures were painless (my worst fear is a painful dentist experience). Crown was installed a couple of months ago and it works great so far. I wish I could stay with Dr. Chen, but we’ve recently moved to the other area.

I'm glad I made the decision of choosing Dr. Chen as my Dentist. I feel pretty lucky that she was my first choice because I was taken care of and felt a level of comfort I haven't felt at a dentist in a long time. If you're looking for a new dentist she's the one.
