Got my issue with a Volvo displacement on the dashboard fixed the day of, communication over the previous week for getting the -i's dotted and t's crossed was smooth. Very efficient, and I highly recommend.

My 2019 mercedes c300 suddenly started flashing a sign stop car do not turn off engine. Anil accommodated me right away by ordering the part Thursday. He got me in friday and after replacing the auxiliary battery he found that the main battery was gone. He got the replacement battery, fixed it, reprogrammed the codes and got me out by 330 pm same day. Very fast work. Thank you Anil and the entire staff who was very efficient.

So my aunt had her mercedes towed here and we explained that car doesn't want to start several times from the tow truck driver and my aunt and it be dropped off where ever it can be dropped off and he continues to say no he has to park but it wont start after several attempts. He walks up to my aunt and says if he cant move the car behind the car in front then his words "take it back". We told the tow truck driver dont drop it and put it back up and bring back home after he saw it being put back up and being tow out ge walked being nice and trying to nice and said I wasn't being rude I just didnt want the car in the middle. but yet car doesn't start or want to turn over

After opting to support local businesses for the 100k service maintenance of our 2013 Land Rover Range Rover HSE, the experience turned out to be rather disappointing. Despite the strong recommendation from our neighbor, the overall service was hit or miss. The initial interaction was off-putting as the receptionist seemed quite dismissive and made the process of setting up an appointment feel like an inconvenience. The facilities were quite underwhelming, reminiscent of an overcrowded, old school style shop with no dedicated waiting area. The basic maintenance work which included an oil change and filter replacement was completed. However, the issue arose when I realized that the service light on my vehicle was still on. When questioned, the owner appeared to be clueless about resetting the service light. It was quite shocking to find myself in a position where I had to assist him, using basic YouTube tutorials, to try to resolve this. Despite our combined efforts, we were unsuccessful and I was asked to bring the vehicle back the following week, adding unnecessary inconvenience to my schedule. A week later, I was informed that a "special" device was needed to reset the service light. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be available until the following week and I was assured a call back once it was. It's worth noting that this call is yet to be received. All in all, this local shop failed to meet expectations. The level of expertise and service was far from satisfactory, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and a still unresolved service light issue. Though the dealership might be pricier, they offer courtesy vehicles and other amenities which when juxtaposed to the local shop's incompetence, makes them seem worth the extra cost. I regretfully conclude that my vehicle won't be revisiting this shop in the future.

My car had some burning rubber smell and it was very bad. I first took it to another shop but could not find the root cause. Then I remember one friend had recommended this place to me years ago. I decided to try here. It was diagnosed quicky and fixed soon. I am really impressed about the quality of work here. My car is back with no burning rubber smells now and I definitely recommend this place
