We came to Serge and his team over a year ago to browse the jewelry market for engagement rings. We went to Derco… rude staff. We visited other small shops and had mixed feelings. Then we stepped into French Jewelers and immediately loved the experience. Serge was respectful, compassionate, listened to what we wanted, and educated us in all the best ways. One amazing engagement ring later, at a price nobody could beat, we had a beautiful piece that will last a lifetime. Almost two years later, it was time for the wedding rings. I requested that my engagement ring, which my fiancée had made for me through a jewelry workshop, be incorporated into my wedding band. For my fiancée’s ring, she got to pick everything exactly to her liking. Once again, the process was smooth and very enjoyable. This is where things went WRONG. We were originally told it would take roughly a month and a half for everything to be made, which was totally fine with us. However, my mother had fallen upon hard times with her cancer treatment. We shared our situation with the team, and they told us they could have the rings ready in around 10 days. Then things got even worse. We didn’t know how much time we had left with my mom, and my fiancée’s mother received emergency news that required her to fly to China to be with family. The team made the impossible happen. It took just four days from start to finish—from the initial concept, to building the rings, to having them in my hands. I truly can’t think of a better team. They have me and my family as customers for life.

I am newly engaged (yay!) and so glad that my fiancé came to Serge Kazandjian to purchase the engagement ring. The moment I opened the jewelry box, I was in love (with my fiancé as well ). He must have been paying attention when I told him that I liked Kate Middleton's sapphire ring, which is unique, and at the same time, timeless and classic. My ring really stands out, and I receive tons of compliments, and I know I can take it back to Serge for maintenance to make that special sparkle last for a lifetime. I am going to purchase a wedding band to go with it soon!

I searched and interviewed a many of jeweler all over the country and not one jeweler had or could get what I had in mind for my fiancé’s, now my wife, engagement ring. He crafted such a masterpiece along with the setting of the perfect diamond (also by Serge and French Jewelry). To add to any complexity I was up against an extremely tight deadline for the surprise proposal, but that was no challenge for Serge. I’m forever grateful for what he was able to craft. After searching for a good Jewelrer for a while (I had a good one until Jewelry Center closed), I stumbled on French Jewelry at the Gift Center. I was very pleasantly surprised by the items they had available in the store; however, I normally like custom pieces, so I decided to have Serge help me make some small pieces. I was very happy with the outcome and I've asked Serge to create my engagement ring. Thank you for creating the ring for me. It came out very well. I truly loved the experience. You put in the effort to carry out my vision, to create a very nicely detailed ring and to do it quickly. I'm also very happy with the budget we set and you actually came under budget.
