Excellent experience with Fuller’s Jewelers from the moment I walked in the door. Karl greeted me with a smile. I was there to see about repairs to my watch band due to a known defect with the watch band. The authorized dealer where I purchased the watch at Northpark quoted me over $3,000 to replace the link and stated they were not allowed to make any repairs and could only offer full replacement. After doing some research, I found that many people had the same issue with the brand. With as much as I paid for the timepiece, the manufacturer should have stood behind it but they chose not to. Fuller’s Jewelry was able to repair the band at a very reasonable price and had it ready well before the promise date. They under promised and over delivered. This type of service is hard to find and I will always remain a loyal client. I have purchased several pieces from them over the years and have always been pleased. They build customers for life. Others, not so much.

Fuller’s is one of my favorite places to go to pick out special gifts for my mom, get precious pieces repaired, and find new pieces to add to my collection. Karl is always wonderful to talk to, and I look forward to going back!

My history with Fullers began in 1987. Truly a knowledgeable, trustworthy family business. I recently had a ring redesigned. From the initial consultation, then sketches, 3D design and wax mold, I was kept updated every step of the way. A few things stood out - Cece is so creative and very communicative, a great designer. Fit was perfect, no adjustments necessary. Completed on time and at a reasonable price for quality workmanship that was delivered as promised. In addition, their showroom is welcoming with a beautiful selection.

I love going to Fuller's! I started going there in the 1960's and, although the location has changed, the service is as great as it was 60 years ago! It is a beautiful shop with something for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. I got immediate service and was very pleased overall with my most recent visit!

I went in for a repair need on my wife’s tennis bracelet, and left knowing the quality of care I’d hoped for was going to be delivered. She was so kind, extremely helpful, and informative.
