Dr. Yu was incredibly professional throughout my visit. She is knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable during our conversation. Her calm and caring approach made the entire experience much easier. Jasmine was wonderful in helping me schedule my first appointment and thoroughly explaining any billing questions I had. She made the administrative side of things simple and stress-free. Mateo was also fantastic. He was friendly, easy going, and communicated each step of the process clearly. He took the time to explain what would happen during my visit and how he would be assisting Dr. Yu, which helped me feel informed and at ease. The entire team provided excellent customer service and made me feel valued as a patient. I had such a great experience at this new dental office! Al was able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which was incredibly helpful with my busy schedule. I also really appreciated how modern and paperless the office is, check in process was all through my phone, which made the process super quick and convenient. Cece was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. She walked me through every step of my visit with such positive energy and a warm smile, which made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and thorough. He not only provided a great cleaning and helpful advice, but he also took the time to correct previous dental work done elsewhere. I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done properly. Overall, such a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I originally came to this place due to a cracked tooth over the weekend. Initially I was scared to go in with all the dental horror stories. I’m thankful I came in because they made the whole process easy. They contacted my insurance, went over the cost with me and provided so many options on what I should do next. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone. Al and Dr. Nguyen was super nice and super on top of sharing their knowledge and what to do. He made me feel like it was going to be an easy process. These guys are amazing.
