Over the decades, he has always taken the time to explain procedures clearly and make sure I’m comfortable. His staff are just as wonderful — always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. The office is spotless and well-organized, and you can tell they take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. His skill, honesty, and warm approach are the reasons I’ve stayed with him all these years. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and trustworthy dentist.
I first saw Dr. Fong about a year ago. I had a cracked tooth that was causing me extensive pain. Dr. Fong was able to see me quickly. He diagnosed the problem, removed the tooth, and provided me with information and a referral to an oral surgeon so that I could get a bone graft in my jaw for an eventual dental implant. His treatment was professional, sympathetic, and non-judgmental. Since then, he has become my regular dentist for periodic checkups and cleanings. He is caring and very knowledgeable. He provided good advice on flossing techniques and the benefits of an electric toothbrush. His staff are equally supportive and efficient. I am no big fan of going to the dentist, but I can't imagine any other dentist making it easier. Highly recommended!
Great dental work. Front desk office manager, Octavia is very professional, friendly and has great customer service skills. Looks like she runs the office smoothly and efficiently.
Dr. Fong called me himself to follow up, and was very flexible with scheduling. He recommended what I needed for my condition, reception staff is also very friendly and helpful!
Dr Gary Fong and staff are great. I have known him over 30 years and he was our kid’s dentist until they moved away. He is kind and skilled. He fixed a chip on my front tooth and it looks seamless. His assistant Aleta is cheery and makes going to the dentist less unnerving. I would recommend his office to anyone seeking a dentist.
