German Automotive Service & Repair

Am so grateful to have found this place. I have a 2015 Jetta that needed to be revived and this place brought my car back to life. Did the timing belt, brakes, catalytic conveyer, etc. This is the best mechanic for a German car, super honest and fair about pricing. Definitely my go to.

I recently had A fairly Big repair job done to my 2018 Audi S4 turbo replacement, PCV valve and O2 sensor. I had originally taken it to another shop in Canby Oregon off Highway 99. . Shop Initials E.A.W but I won’t mention any Names. After three weeks and over $5000 in parts/repairs I had a car that was leaking oil, riddled with vacuum leaks, stripped bolts and oil/filter change that was never done but billed for. After making a dozen phone calls and telling this scenario to other shops, Understandably. no one wanted to work with me. Kevin, the owner of German Automotive services scheduled me an appointment and was very compassionate and very understanding of my situation, which I am grateful for. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning. I got a phone call that night with an update, then received another phone call the next day just after lunch asking me to come down and test drive the car. I originally thought we were just gonna go over what was wrong with the car again, but to my surprise, he’d already done the job and fixed the issues. The shop is clean and organized. It looks like Kevin‘s been working hard towards making this a very respectable and successful business over the years.. Go see kevin if you need anything done. And BTW his pricing is very reasonable. Thanks, Chad

I had a fabulous experience with Kevin and Sally at German Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon. I've had an issue with my Audi for months and the dealer wanted to charge an exorbitant rate to repair it in a way that was difficult and highly involved. I decided to try a local repair shop closer to my home so I stopped by German Automotive last week during the Thanksgiving holiday week. Kevin was so super nice and accommodating and said he could look at it the next day and diagnose the issue (I got lucky because he had a cancellation). I brought my car in the next day and he completed the repair quickly for a fair and reasonable price!! I was so happy and grateful for the fabulous service and I'm thrilled to have a new local shop where I can bring my foreign vehicles. Kevin and Sally were so wonderful to work with and very gracious and kind. It is SO HARD to find an honest and dependable shop so I feel very lucky to have found them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Kevin and crew are great to work with. You can trust them to take care of your baby. They will make sure the job is done right and are always very friendly and responsive. I feel lucky to have this shop conveniently located close to where I …
