Ben is a very nice man & just fixed my chain necklace quickly & kindly on a walk in! So happy to have repair so quickly. Cleaned my rings too. That nice of a guy. 5 star service with a 5 star attitude .

Took a wedding set to be resized (my husband bought it too big) and Golden Jewelry not only took care of my needs, their professionalism was AMAZING!!! Seems to be a family business (which I love) and they compliment each other well! You can tell they care about their customers due to their incredible memory of each case, person by person. Will definitely ONLY use them when repair or adjustments of jewelry is needed.

This place is amazing, and likely the best you’ll find here in the Hayward area. For me alone George has done so much; he has fixed rings (like one that was snapped completely at one side), BOUGHT me a perfect silver necklace I still love that he got as an exact match to my steel necklace (which rusted and isn’t as good), resized bracelets twice (three times if you account when I asked for the size to be changed again on one), and even fixed my Mother’s Clock’s hands to work again, twice; ALL AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. George runs the place, and, he is a Saint. He looks at your stuff in-front of you and you can see a master at work: as he examines your piece and knows exactly what to do, telling to your face. It’s also done in quick time, and the work is amazing. I am a nut job about Silver, and I am happy to know Golden Jewelry, and George, in particular, for their/ his (it’s always him you talk to) work in repairing and assisting in jewelry. George is amazing at his art of jewelry; I can only imagine how good he is with Gold, as he does amazing with the cheaper Silver. ADDITION: I once came in when one of Golden Jewelry’s customers came in and requested help with a high end watch to be repaired. George looked at the watch and told the man it was a fake, telling him how he could tell it was faked, which the man even accepted and said he knew it was not real. George DID NOT turn him away from a repair. He only stated it would be a little pricey because even the fake pieces are high priced, but George would still repair it. I’m telling you right now (if you read this deep because you wanna know to trust them or not), this is an amazing place in all margins.

My experience with this business has been positive. George has fixed my wedding ring band to the design I liked more and resized my rings. I am also very pleased with the ring I found there. Thank you!

My man bought him & I both silver chains and his & here Raider shield medallions one day, then not long after he got my daughter a pair of diamond earrings for her birthday & also had a nice silver ring I had resized. Then without me knowing he went and bought & sized a wedding set for me. George dose great work and has very nice pieces.
