Golden Mean is a super well-curated spot — everything in there feels intentional without trying too hard. Vintage pieces, art, décor, and random objects you didn’t know you needed but somehow make total sense together. I grabbed a framed art piece that’s easily one of my favorite finds lately — great mix of vintage charm and modern vibe. The whole shop has this laid-back, creative energy that makes you want to hang around and take everything in. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into design, good taste, and finding things you won’t see everywhere else.
Shoutout Grace and Vic!! Visited here as out of town guests and this truly was the most magical vintage store myself and my friend have ever been to!! The gals were so friendly and Grace has so intentionally and carefully curated her shop. My friend found some beautiful jewelry pieces, and the homeware/decor was stunning. Thanks ladies, hope to be back soon!
I have not had the pleasure of visiting Golden Mean but I was fortunate to engage Grace in a transaction by phone. I received the book today. The care and exquisite attention to detail in packing was evident. I regret not taking a picture! It was almost painful to unwrap it but (not surprisingly) the book is equally lovely and I'm thrilled to have it displayed front and center in my living room ❤️ I would highly recommend working with Grace and look forward to visiting Golden Mean when in Austin in the future!
