I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with the excellent service provided by Samaritan Health Agency. Wish I could give them not even a one star. They are looting people with subscription, they don't show up they don't respond in an emergency situation. I was stranded for 45 minutes and even than they were not sure if they are sending someone for a tow. I cancelled the service and they committed a full refund, no refund check came in my mail box and I called them back after a month and they said since you requested a service (irrespective they didn't give the service) so you are not entitled for a refund. I said but you guys committed a refund since service was not provided and they responded with a lame: that's what our system is saying. Stay away from these looters, go for AAA they are best in the business.
