She took the time to carefully assess my hair, explained every step, and helped me choose the best option for my hair type. The application was incredibly clean, gentle, and comfortable — no pulling, no tension at all. It’s been about 1.5 months, and my extensions still look amazing. They blend perfectly, feel light, and only a very few strands have fallen out, which really shows the quality of her work. What really stood out to me is that Tatiana stayed in touch with me after the appointment. She checked in several times to make sure I was happy with the result and how I was feeling. She also guided me step by step on how to properly care for my hair so the extensions would last and my natural hair would stay healthy. Her work truly shows its quality over time. Tatyana is great! This was my first time at her salon and I wanted a layered hair style. Tatyana knew exactly what needed to be done and she is so skilled at her craft! She knew what style of layers/length will suit me and I am set as her regular client from now on!

I came here with high hopes due to her ratings, but unfortunately left extremely disappointed. I told her at the beginning of the appointment that I wanted a haircut to restore my original hair texture and she claimed that she would be able to do the particular cut I showed her a reference photo of. But then she proceeded to cut it 4-5 inches shorter than I asked her for. She also told me that she was just going to blow dry it, but then straightened it during the blow drying without my permission to and charged me extra for it. The next day after this cut, the choppiness and unevenness became really prominent when the straightening effect wore off. Straightened or not straightened, everyone I know keeps telling me how bad my haircut looks. My scalp also hurt and smelled of burnt hair for several days due to her putting the blow dryer at a very high heat. Edit: To respond to the message I received from the business, I affirm this as my experience of this establishment and that it is my right to provide my honest opinion of it. There are still many people satisfied with their experience here. I simply wasn't one of them. Businesses that uphold professionalism typically acknowledge and welcome all types of reviews, positive and negative ones alike.

I’m really happy with my haircut! Tatyana listened carefully and did an amazing job. My hair looks and feels great. I’ll definitely be coming back.
