I had a great experience at this dental practice. The office is open, bright, and very clean, and I especially loved all the plants—they make the space feel calm and welcoming. My full‑mouth X‑ray with Karina was incredibly fast and smooth. I also really enjoyed my hygienist Maria who was gentle and thorough. Dr. French took the time to have a thoughtful, in‑depth conversation with me about my overall health, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the team.

I have going to gratitude dental for ~2 years now and I have no complaints! Every dentist I have visited, im always on the fence. I dont feel great going in as I feel like I go in one problem and they twll me about 5 more (most of which or all is not really a problem or an issue). So I lost trust for a brief period. However, that trust has been restored after I have been taken care under Dr. French's dental expertise! The recent procedure to help me not cringe when I drink something cold was fixed and I cannot thank him enough! Cheers! Onwards and upwards! Ps: I love their staff, office decor (clean) and treatment plans. They treat only of its absolutely needed, if not, its more of a can this be cured or treated with minimal invasion. A philosophy I jive with! Highly recommend gratitude dental!

After years of struggling to find a dentist I could truly trust in the Bay Area, I finally found one. Past dental experiences left me avoiding going to the dentist. This office was completely different from the moment I walked in. Christine at the front desk was warm and welcoming right away. We chatted and she did an excellent job taking x-rays of my teeth. Dr. French took a conservative, thoughtful approach, explained the anatomy of our teeth and x-rays thoroughly with photos and the importance of prevention and regular check ups. He explained wanting to save my teeth with fillings that another office wanted to crown. One comment he made really stood out to me. He said one of the benefits of owning his own practice is knowing that in 15 years he can look back at the work he did and stand by it. That level of long-term care, accountability, and pride in his work meant a lot to me. My hygienist, Sarah, was equally wonderful. Other dental visits in the past have left me feeling self-conscious or embarrassed, but she made me feel completely comfortable and never judged. She was kind, reassuring, practical, and very knowledgeable - she taught me a lot in the short time we had together. What stood out most was how genuinely human everyone was. We laughed, chatted about life, family, dogs, kids, and travel, and I left feeling like I had been cared for by real people instead of being sold dental work. For the first time in years, I happily scheduled follow-up appointments before leaving. I left feeling informed, respected, relieved, and incredibly grateful to have found this office. It was my first time at the dentist in YEARS and it’s always been a fear of mine since I was a young girl. Well Dental Hygienist Carlene made her cubicle a safe space for me She validated my fear and past trauma. She checked in on me every step of the way she explained everything she was doing/ going to do, where it would be a little sensitive and asked several times during my cleaning if I was okay or if I needed a break. Wow I have never felt so seen! After my cleaning Dr. French took time out of his day to go over my x- rays, gave me a little teaching about teeth and then implemented that teaching to my teeth. There isn’t a time I remember going to the dentist and the Doc coming out to personally introduce themselves and shake my hand. 10/10 experience! This place truly is filled with great intention and they really value their patients. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! I will say I am a little sad I forgot my goodie bag but hopefully I can get it during my next visit!

Dr. French is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I came in for Invisalign retainers, and he took the time to explain every step of the process and educated me on how retainers help with teeth grinding. He’s super patient, kind, and makes you feel completely comfortable the whole time. The office is also gorgeous and helps alleviate anxiety. It’s bright, airy, and designed so you’re looking out at nature instead of plain walls. It makes the whole experience feel really calm. It’s hard to find a dentist who’s both trustworthy and effective, but Dr. French is both. Highly recommend!!!
