Great Clips

My very very close friend came to get her under cut cleaned up, she went in and asked for a very simple design and clean up on her lines. The stylist rudely stated only a barber could do it. That was fine she told the stylist not to even worry about to just please clean up the undercut and ensure her lines looked good. The stylist proceeded to “try” to do the design and when she was finished we were very very much disappointed. She also came home and the back of her neck started to welt. And the lady nicked her head. Absolutely horrible experience and cannot believe she was even made to pay for the cut. When she paid the stylist sat and stared at her like she was expecting her to tip. $20 for something that looks like a child did it at home.

Worst experience at this location. Requested a clean up for my under cut. A simple 1. Stated I wanted a 3 line design, showed her a image I had from a different location, lady stated only barbers can do it. Ok fine wont bother. But asked to clean up the undercut, line it up easy. Lady couldn’t do a simple under cut line up. She then proceeds to “try” and do the design after I said no its ok. Shows the back of my head and I have never been so shocked and disappointed!

I was seated pretty quickly. Good considering i came in later and couldnt go to my usual haircut place before it closed. Hadn't been to this place before so that was a good sign. Lady sat me down and i told her if we could trim what bits of hair has split ends and I also showed her a reference of what I wanted. Shaggy/Mullet style. She just glances and goes ok. I'm like "ok". Lady says no words to me as she's cutting about 3 inches off my hair. No layers. No bangs. Nothing. Just cuts 3 inches. My hair looks flat and lowkey founding father coded and I hate it. Will go to my previous location for a touch up because I'm not happy.

I was only customer in the store. Was seated right away. Told the lady I wanted a double zero and my beard trimmed up and have my brows trimmed. Lady was as nice as she had to be. Seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. Spent less than 5 minutes working on me and proclaimed that was it. I asked her to correct a huge spot she missed on my head, which she did, using a different trimmer, so that spot is even shorter than the rest. She left my mustache completely crooked.. luckily I can fix all of this myself. I really felt like because there was a 9 dollar sale going on that she felt like she should only give 9 dollars worth of effort. I was going bring my son in this afternoon after school, but seeing how bad my bald head was messed up, I would be afraid to see what could be done with scissors. Thanks, but I will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! 0 stars if I could! I asked for a haircut and got a horrible trim with spots she clearly missed and made uneven. Then my husband asked for a light trim, and in turn got what looks like a weed wacker broke on top of his head. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! We ended up shaving his head. He spent a year trying to grow it out and now his beautiful hair is gone. NEVER EVER GOING BACK! 😡🤬
