I went here while traveling to get gifts for my girlfriend, the store was okay and the employees were also pretty helpful and kind. But the manager or owner was pretty mean. While i was there i witnessed them yell and talk down to some of the customers and just made it pretty awkward during my shopping visit. If you’re in the area i wouldn’t go here, as i came back again with my girlfriend on a different occasion it was a similar experience with the belittling of customers and even myself felt that i was being treated harshly, other customers in store also felt a similar way when i asked on the overall vibe and treatment.

I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit. An older female employee who was assisting me was repeatedly rude, followed me around the store, and gave me hostile looks, including looking me up and down. This was my first time experiencing something like this here, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m not sure why I was treated this way, but it felt targeted and inappropriate. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel this way while shopping.

I came into this shop with pretty normal expectations and left feeling uncomfortable. The space and products were fine, and some of the staff were polite, but the way the place was run really stood out in a bad way. The older lady was openly rude to customers, speaking to them in a demeaning tone that made the environment tense. I later returned with my boyfriend, thinking maybe the first visit was just a bad day. Unfortunately, the attitude was exactly the same. The old woman’s behavior felt dismissive and hostile, and I personally felt talked down to. Other shoppers I interacted with also seemed uneasy and shared similar concerns about how customers were treated. After experiencing this more than once, I don’t see myself coming back or recommending this store.

This place is crazy. I was there to buy some Korean sunscreen for my girl friend and then she asked me to send photo of it of its right product or not. Then the owner or manager came to me and said you cannot share our products and take pictures of it. And she kicked me out from store just for no reason. Probably they are selling cheap copy product or selling really high prices for low products. That’s the lady smiling on photo. Beware of this place and her. This was my first time and now it’s last time.

Very disappointed with this shop. They don’t provide q-tips for hygienic testing, and at the same time they don’t allow customers to try lipsticks on the lips — which makes testing pointless. Prices here are unusually high compared to other stores. For example: the same Torrriden serum is $28 here, while at Teso just nearby it’s only $18.99. Such a huge and unfair price difference. The staff were nice, but the owner did not feel welcoming at all. I will definitely never come back.
