H&M

I bought couple polo t shirts for h&m, of course I washed it according to the label and air dried it before use and the t shirt shrunk. It shrunk to a size I couldn't wear it. I went to the store for return and the Manager Mr. Pear refused the return as he says the cloth has been tampered. He didn't acknowledge the quality issues of the material and he said the T shirts were not in resellable condition which mattered his decision. When both of those T shirts had the same problem, he should be capable to understand the problem. Instead he yelled us that he is not going to anything with us and told us to contact the customer service number for returns or file a lawsuit or whatever. When we called the customer service, they said they can't do anything and if it is purchased from a store the store manager has the complete discretion about what to be done.At that point we understood he he was lying. Any way we took the dress to H&m galleria. We explained the situation, they took the return without 1 word. Shout out to galleria H&m for good customer service which the Pearland location manager can get trained upon. All other staff in the Pearland location were helpful and nice

H & M has great fashion with prices that are hard to beat. I found what I was looking for & best of all, the items were all on sale!! This was my first time visiting this location & the staff was amazing, they helped me with my questions & even searched to see if the shirt I wanted was available at another location. From the fitting room staff to cashier, the team members were friendly & helpful. It was a great experience overall. I'll definitely be going back!!

I have always loved H&M. I recently visited the location on Broadway in Pearland on Thursday February 19th around 1:45pm and the customer service by a specific young lady was distasteful and dismissive. When I arrive to the counter a young woman, (short with dreads kinda) began ringing my things up and I’m the middle another employee that wore glasses tall young lady they were trying to decipher if someone specific had taken them 15 min break yet or not. She then asked if I was a member and to type/log in on the device she handed me and I did. She then asked me if I wanted a bag for $0.10 cents and I was confused on the question so I said “I’m sorry come again ?” Are you saying like purchase a reusable bag ? And she responded “I’ll just give you a bag I’m just trying to go on my break” …… from there I was thrown completely off. It made me not want to shop at this location again. The girl was very rude for no reason.

Shopped today with my son 1/11/2026 at 14:45:01 and the Cashier does not seemed to be interested at all with her responsibility. She asked about if anyone of us were members and when we answered no, she did not offer if we would want to be one which is a typical response on any stores. There were no customers at all behind us checking out yet she was in a hurry to complete our transaction. This store has changed a lot with it’s customer service. If they are not interested in customer service, they need to add a self check out like in Uniqlo.

H&M is always great for having fantastic styles for a good price! I didn’t go to that store - I’ve sent my boyfriend but everything was completed; I returned an item that was too big for me. All good! I left russia a few years ago and ran to US and mostly to get access to H&M… I’m kidding obviously - there were many political reasons but I love the brand for affordability and gorgeous collections!
