People were very friendly and helpful in this store. The selection is mind blowing. So much product. I wandered around for quite a while just checking it all out and getting inspiration for my next style. I found the prices to be as expected and lower in some cases that other places. Quality is so much better in a store like this than on Amazon.

I always have the best experience here! Slowly becoming a regular and today one of the ladies who helped me check out gifted me her bracelet that is no longer in stock here after i was admiring it! The sweetest lady and im sad I didnt get her name! Made my whole day

For a place that has such a "wide variety " of wigs, basic colors like #2, #4 in major brands like Outre & Bobbi Boss weren't available. They had only 1 -2 of the colors offered in the brand & style, with the being the most outlandish colors. The salesperson offering to help me didn't know what "Yaki: texture hair was. Prices are very high and they didn't have the basics for wig spray (e.g. "Curl and Wavy" spray). I'll try again to see if this was a fluke.

Nice, clean and a very big selection of hair care products! The staff is friendly and help. If you are looking for some good hair products with a variety of everything, then is your place! A+ 👌🏾 …

I WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY HERE! First let me say this place was amazing. The only place I would shop at for hair care supplies however not anymore. I was treated like a low-rate citizen or a criminal. I am 7 months pregnant and had my 3 year old with me. My toddler and I had to use the restroom. I went to check out and asked to use the restroom once I finished my purchase, ( keep in mind it was going to be a large purchase since I stock up on products). The clerk was about to send me to the restroom direction and the lady behind her ( I’m assuming the manager) looked at me and then said, the owner won’t let “them” use the bathroom. Then “the manager” looked at me and said, you can go to dollar tree if you really need to use it. I thanked her for the information left all my items on the counter and walked out. I’ve always had such good service in here and have never had a problem using the restroom in times I needed to.. again pregnant… lol 😂 it happens. I went to dollar tree so my toddler and I could use the restroom and decided I don’t want to give any of my money to anyone who assume criminal behavior based on looks. Also, let me say as a fellow business owner I understand the measures of keeping down criminal activity but that’s why businesses make restrooms for “paying customers only”. This helps keep down using their restrooms for the wrong reasons. This is sad that this will be my last time at this establishment but respect is important.
