Hair & Scalp Spa

For the price point I feel it to be bit overrated. I went with 90 minutes scalp treatment and it was a neutral experience. The person operating on my scalp didn't speak english and I had really hard time communicating. For starters the water was too hot - I can understand hot water might work magic for my female counterpart but for us guys it can be hell - I mean who needs that hot of water in your hair. Also given it was scalp massage I think I also got scratches on my head - which is okay - I am not complaining. But when you put hot water on those scratches - oh boy that burns. Similarly I had to use translator to communicate that please blow dry my hair with cool air. The good part was my hair was super smooth and silky for a day or two. Definitely had benefits but needed a better service.

The staff was kind and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the service felt more like an extended hair wash than a true head spa treatment. A large portion of the appointment involved very little actual head massage, which was disappointing given what was advertised. We were also told that our hair would be blow-dried at the end of the service, but instead it was only dried briefly, leaving us to finish styling it ourselves. Considering the cost, I left feeling like I had paid a premium price for a basic hair wash rather than the relaxing, therapeutic experience I was expecting. While the staff was friendly, the overall service did not provide the value or experience I anticipated.

I had my first scalp treatment here and it exceeded my expectations. The team explained every step clearly, and the experience was both calming and therapeutic. I felt all my stress melt away during the massage. My scalp felt deeply cleansed afterward. Amazing service! Their shampoo and conditioner are wonderful if you want to maintain the results at home.
