BEWARE!!!!! Purchased and installed hair and this is the result after three days boho braid. Excessive shedding and tangling. Purchased body wave. Hair is not human hair and a very bad grade. Do not recommend purchasing hair from them!

I normally don’t write bad reviews but if i could give 0 stars? I would! this place is ridiculous. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here! the owners are very rude & not well established at all. Have 0 skills in running an establishment/business. Soon as you walk in this SMALL beauty supply, BEWARE OF THE 1 or 2 guys that follow you around/ watch you shop as if they already labeled you a thief, i understand businesses have security and all that but you have no privacy what so ever & it’s usually businesses like this that are robbing people in plain sight! THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BLAME, so they have to make you uncomfortable as soon as you enter the establishment. It gives projection right off the jump. The owners always act like your an inconvenience especially when your not purchasing the entire store. They’re always changing the prices/overcharging you especially when you get very few items. It’s disgusting! I’ve also bought wigs from here and they always break my face out so i stopped and started purchasing elsewhere but i would still come to get small items like a brush, developer, hair dye etc.. but not anymore. I will not be wasting anymore money here with these rude & arrogant people, also notice how they don’t reply to any of the customers who’ve had a bad experience, it just shows the lack of respect, humility and appreciation for those who spend money here. I will never support this place again. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting.

I found this company on Google as I’m looking for a wholesale company for my business. I agree with the previous reviewers.The owners are very rude, unwelcoming and sit and watch your every move. I understand people steal but you can’t treat EVERYONE like a thief. A guy came from the back, no hi….just sitting against boxes with his arms folded (the lady, who was also not very nice was already “assisting”. I refuse to spend my money where I’m not welcome! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great shopping experience. If you want sturdy racking for your clothes. This area has placing with office or retail type racking and shelves. If want stuff that last..check it out. Some pieces were cheaper than Walmart and Amazon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I certainly do not recommend this place. The service was rude. Half of the time they were ignoring us and acting like we were inconveniencing them. The guy working there even answered a call from his mom in the middle of "assisting" us. The guy told my mom (the professional stylist) that there could "possibly" be a discount MAYBE up to 10%. After a VERY LONG TIME they asked the owner or manager (he was high up there). He thought for a while and then randomly decided it would be 5%. There isn't a standardized procedure and he just pulled that number out of his @$$. They didn't ask for my mothers credentials which I personally consider a requirement since they did claim that was a discount for professionals. I suggested to my mom that we go elsewhere. I guess their bad service was a blessing in disguise. We found a different location that has a beautiful setup, amazing selection, exquisite customer service and with their standard 15% beautician discount it was cheaper. I highly highly suggest avoiding this place.
