Havana Sauna

There are some places where you go to just get away and then there are those places where you go to HEAL. The spa is older and could use updating but it is a wonderful place to receive excellent and caring service! Lily was (by far) one of the best massage therapists that I have ever experienced- so much so- I changed my schedule and received a couple of additional treatments! I will fly back here to see Lily.

I’ve had massages and body scrubs all around the world but this was definitely my first nude spa experience and they were sooo amazing! I got a gift card here as a gift and the whole experience was incredible. How freeing to be naked around women and to not feel self conscious?! And the body scrubs was so thorough I’ve never been so clean before!! Also the massage was also amazing. 10/10 Plus they were super nice!!

A great value day soak experience at a womens Korean Spa. There are a variety of options for steam and dry sauna, soaking pools and heated energy rooms, and a diverse mix of women there. Bring an extra towel and your own body wash/lotion. I got a 30 min full body massage and was surprised at the mix of modalities (Swedish, Thai and Chinese) that they use. Sometimes there can be a bit of a language barrier, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

I loved this place so much! 10/10 Can’t recommend it enough. The facilities were great. FYI Korean saunas (Jjimjilbang) are fully nude, gender segregated bathhouses. If you’re like me and you need a full instruction manual before you try something new, here’s the rundown (for the women’s side): - Check in and pay at front desk (facilities = NO appointment, services = appointment) - They’ll give you a locker key with a bracelet and a towel - Enter the Women’s side and close the door, put your shoes in the shoe lockers before continuing into the main locker room - Once you reach your main locker (number is on your bracelet), undress and lock your stuff up (again, fully nude, that means no bathing suits) - Continue, you’ll see the door to the poolroom, or if you go down the hallway, it’ll lead you into the Crystal Room, Mud Room, and restroom. - Enter the poolroom and shower (hair too) before using any of the facilities (hair too). The showers are to the left once you enter the poolroom, soap is provided if you didn’t bring any. Tie your hair up while you are using the facilities. - Across the showers, you can put your towel and other little stuff in the baskets across the showers. Within the poolroom is: - Showers - Hot Tub (with jets) - Hot Tub (no jets) - Cold Plunge + waterfall - Wet (steam) Sauna - Dry Sauna They offer other spa services, but I just paid for admission to use all the facilities. Water dispenser is in the locker room by the poolroom doors. Hope this helps!

I had a remarkable experience, it's a little uncomfortable at first but it's understandable, I spent an hour in the sauna and then I got a massage from a woman. That's the greatest massage I have received, nothing inappropriate at all, but every corner of my body massaged, I stood up feeling refreshed. Thank you 🙏🏽
