Haven Massage

Super enjoyed the first massage. Here for my second one. She listens to your needs. Has heated table if you ask. My feet got a tiny bit cold. But she is most everything I asked with a smile and that’s hard to did. Has strong hands. I did let her know when a client arrives early the door outside is locked and I didn’t have her number saved, so to look out for us outside for the 9am ers. I will be back.

This was my first professional massage and came in for pain/tension caused by a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Annette was attentive and explained her process thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend her enough! The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed and I left feeling 10 times better. I also booked the peppermint scalp massage which was the perfect touch to close the massage. Her suite was clean, had good ambiance, and was easy to find. Annette provided after care instructions and tips for managing any persistent pain. I will definitely be a returning customer and sending more customers her way!

Annette is an absolute gem! She's so sweet and she creates the perfect, calming vibe for relaxing. She was also great about checking in and adjusting the pressure to make sure it was just right. I showed up about 5 minutes late (my fault, it says online located in the same bldg as the Salon and Spa), and I didn't even realize until after I left that she still gave me my full massage time! I wasn’t expecting this and I really appreciated that! I will definitely be early next time, that level of kindness and professionalism is rare. Seriously, I can't recommend Annette enough. You'll leave feeling like a whole new person—she managed to work out every single stubborn knot in my shoulders. Annette gave me the best massage I've ever had with the perfect amount of pressure. She was very knowledgeable with muscles and tendons and even identified and worked on issues I was having with my shoulder. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very courteous. Her room was very relaxing, bed was comfortable and music was perfect! I was able to get an appointment quickly and her response on Google chat was quick. I will definitely be going back!
