Head Toe Spa

The massage was ok, but the promotional price was a lie. Attached below is the promotional price on their website, and I showed the man when I walked into the appointment the promotional price of $45/hr. He looked at the screen on my phone for a long time, and then said ok. Also, note their sign on the street says $44.99/hr massage. After the massage when I went to pay, I had $55 cash ($45 for the massage and $10 for the tip), and then the man said “no, it’s $70 for body massage” and pointed to their indoor sign with the prices. I showed him again the online promotional price they have on their website that I verified with him BEFORE we began the massage, and he said that was a very old promotion, and it’s no longer available. Why didn’t he tell me this when I showed him the image at the beginning of the appointment and he said “ok”. I’ll never go back. I don’t mind paying the $70, but I do mind being lied to. Horrible customer service. And yes, I still paid him the $70/hr.

I came here on a recommendation from a friend. I had a different therapist but Jason was great and ive been going back since. He's helped immensely with shoulder pain, overall pain from long hours at the computer and workouts. Im grateful for his contribution to my overall health and well being

I went in today for a head spa appointment. My hair was brushed and ready to go I was excited because I’ve been wanting to do one of these for a few months now. The lady was scrubbing very hard during the whole appointment and at the end multiple people come in and are gathering around me so I’m wondering why and it turns out the whole back of my head is in a big knot. One lady brings to Pull my hair apart trying to get the knots out I tell her multiple times please do not rip my hair apart. I left with huge knots in my hair because they said they were going to cut them out and I refuse. DO NOT GO HERE

False advertising. Pricing is inconsistent between their various signs (outdoor, indoor, and online). I should have read the reviews on yelp and google beforehand as it looks like this has been a problem for other customers.

I did the foot massage deal. Had pain on the arches of both feet for about a week. Felt great relief after the session, hit all spots that were sore. I'll definitely return again in the future.
