Healing Thai Spa

I’ve had Swedish massages, Thai massages as well as pregnancy massages here and they’ve all been amazing. The rooms are clean, relaxing and smell great. Everytime I’ve had a different masseuse and they’ve all been great. They listen to your requests and leave you feeling relaxed. The pricing is also very reasonable. My go to spot for relaxation!

Very disappointing experience. I understand that missed appointments can affect a business and that the technician may miss out on a turn. However, there should also be some understanding that customers can have legitimate emergencies and unexpected circumstances. What bothered me most was the way the owner handled the situation. She claims to answer calls 24/7, yet when I repeatedly called from my own number, my calls were not answered. When I called from other numbers, she answered. That was extremely frustrating and made me question the honesty of what I was being told. The owner is the only person handling the calls, so customer service ultimately reflects directly on her. Unfortunately, I did not feel any consideration for the guest experience or any willingness to understand the customer’s circumstances. Businesses are allowed to have policies regarding missed appointments, but how you communicate and treat your customers matters just as much. There are professional ways to handle these situations without making a customer feel ignored or dismissed. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, understanding, and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I’m really disappointed by how this experience ended, especially because the massage itself was actually good. I booked a 75-minute Thai Combination Massage, which is listed online as $120 cash / $140 credit. The spa was also advertising a promotion for $10 off any service when paying with cash, so I understood the promotional price to be $110. Because I wanted to make absolutely sure, I called before coming in and specifically asked whether the massage would be $110. The person I spoke with confirmed that price multiple times. I therefore brought $132 in cash: $110 for the massage and $22 for a 20% tip. After the massage, I was told the $10 discount was supposedly already reflected in the $120 cash price and that the employee I spoke with had been confused and given me incorrect information. That doesn’t make much sense because the credit price was $140 so $10 off would be $130, not $120. Additionally, I had specifically called beforehand to prevent this exact situation. If your representative repeatedly confirms a price to a customer, the customer should not be penalized for the employee’s mistake. I gave them the $132 I had brought and left. Afterward, I received multiple calls and text messages from the spa insisting that I had paid incorrectly. This is what really took the situation from a pricing mistake to an extremely unprofessional experience. I came here hoping to relax after a stressful period and instead left feeling harassed over a $10 discrepancy that I had gone out of my way to clarify beforehand. The massage itself was good, but the way this was handled afterward was deeply disappointing and unsettling.

Best massage i’ve ever had. Didn’t want it to be over! So relaxing & good on the body. They listen to all your needs & accommodate to whatever those are. The prices are amazing for the quality service that you are getting. Worth so much more. They know what they’re doing here! Highly recommend.

Ying is amazing. She has many years experience and it shows! I recieved 2 deep tissue massages and both were 10/10! Will return next time I return to boston
