As a new patient, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shalin Parikh and his entire team. From the front desk to the nursing staff, everyone was welcoming, professional, and had great communication. They made the check-in process very smooth for me and my family. Dr. Parikh is outstanding. He took the time to listen patiently, explained everything very clearly, and made sure all our questions were answered. His diagnosis was thorough and accurate, and we felt truly cared for. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor for their family.

Extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Shalin Parikh and his office. Communication was very poor from start to finish. The office staff rarely followed up on calls or questions, and I often had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates. I felt that patient concerns were not taken seriously, and interactions came across as dismissive and rude. Dr. Parikh seemed to have a very high ego and did not make me feel comfortable asking questions or discussing my concerns. Unfortunately, the experience felt more focused on financial aspects than on patient care and building trust. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience. Patients deserve respectful communication, timely follow-up, and a provider who makes them feel heard. I often felt like just another source of revenue rather than someone seeking medical help. Combined with poor communication, lack of follow-up from the office staff, and an overall dismissive attitude, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
