Heart Home Health Care Agency

My observation about this facility is that the staff is very assertive. When you go in the office they greet you with a smile and hospitality. Ms. Remona and Ms., Chee in the front will make you feel welcome, I really do appreciate their outgoing stride to help me. I notice they have snacks and provide supplies you need for your patients. Since i been there i feel welcome and the cool to be around them.

I'm a very patient person but am totally fed up with them AND the people they've sent. I fired the last worker AND them today. I've tried my best to deal with them for 3years and can't take anymore. I don't think they bother to even interview these people much less try to match them with what people need. They've sent people to me that have yelled at me in public, that refused to work at all or if they 'worked' didn't bother to do a good job, that haven't come in when scheduled, etc... How hard is to wash a dish and get it clean or to rinse out the sink when done? I even rinse dishes after I use them so they're not crusty with food when the worker come in! I'm done!!!

We looked everywhere to find an agency to accommodate mother and my spirit didn't sit right. But once we met this staff we knew this was the one! Everyone met us with a warm friendly smile and made us feel like family! We have been with this agency for several months now with no complaints! The new management team has really did an amazing job with this agency! The staff is VERY dependable and reliable, their ALWAYS on time! They give mother a complimentary call the day before to remind her the time their coming! In the healthcare field it's hard to find a team that's dedicated and love what they do and we're blessed to have Heart Home Health Care Agency on our team! It takes a village to care for our loved ones and we're honored to have them apart of our village!!!!THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! I can sleep at night knowing mother is in good hands!!!!

Im very disappointed with this Agency for the past week and half I keep getting told they are sending a care provider and every day no one shows up oh one did only to introduce there self for 5 min and then leave only to not return the next day. I keep speaking with a person name Ramona and she told me she would be in the office today A Saturday to call if no one showed up I did call and the answer serves answered All i have been getting is nothing but lies if i could put zero star i would

The company is very unprofessional! From the time you walk in the door until you meet the administrator and everyone in between they are rude and disrespectful! Patients do not receive adequate care and the patients continue to complain! I would not ever use this place for a member of my family!!!!!!!!
