As someone who extensively reads through reviews and is selective about what services I pay for, I can absolutely 100% recommend Heavenly Auto Care. On the phone, I spoke with Hermes who is a genuinely nice, honest person and very knowledgeable and professional. I explained to him that I previously brought my car to the dealer due to getting a dashboard alert for a brake system malfunction. Per the dealer, I was told I needed to replace the master cyclinder and get a brake fluid flush. The dealer's quoted repair estimate was ~$1,746. They also recommended a few routine maintenance things (i.e., replacing the front/rear wipers and the cabin/engine air filters). If I were to have gone through the dealer, for parts and labor, it would've cost ~$307! Hermes took the time to explain to me in detail the possible causes for my car's brake issue (it was very interesting and informative) and the break down of the costs. The quote he gave me for the brakes was MORE THAN HALF the price of the price estimate I got from the dealer! Hermes took the time to look up my car, its specifications to get more accurate quotes for parts, etc.; and shared lots of helpful tips to save money on my car. He effectively communicated with me by calling and updating me about when to expect the ordered parts and when they had arrived at the shop. I also appreciated the flexibility allowed in me choosing when I could bring my car in. On the day of, Hermes was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful-- as I had experienced him on the phone. He explained everything very clearly, took the time to explain things so I was informed and aware (I learned a lot from him!), was transparent about pricing, and gave a bunch of helpful tips and advice. The shop also got my car worked on and finished hours before I had expected. I am so appreciative of his honesty, willingness to help, patience in explaining/teaching me, and his thoughtful feedback and expertise. The folx at the shop were similarly pleasant and hard-working. I could honestly write an essay about how patient, knowledgeable, detailed, and direct Hermes is. As a woman, it unfortunately does not surprise me that I’ve been ripped off, gaslit, overcharged, lied to, or dismissed by mechanics over the years. A trusted friend referred me to Heavenly Auto Care years ago, but because of my past experiences, I still hesitated to take my car there. Ironically, I even referred my high school counselor before ever going myself. Last week, I finally stopped by for a quick quote, and unbeknownst to me, Hermes completely changed my perspective on what an honest mechanic experience could look like. From the moment I arrived, he took an incredible amount of time answering my questions, explaining things thoroughly, and giving me more information than I even knew to ask for. He was honest about what work was actually necessary versus what could wait, which immediately built trust. The next day, I went back and waited while Hermes and Morgan diagnosed my car. Again, I was genuinely surprised by the level of care and patience they showed. Hermes walked me through the issues step by step, showed me exactly what was happening with my vehicle, listened carefully to my concerns about the noises I was hearing, and gave me a realistic and detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and what it would cost. Unfortunately, I learned I need suspension work done again only a year after having previous repairs elsewhere, and Hermes clearly explained why. What stands out most is the amount of care, integrity, and time he gives every customer. Even when I called back on a busy Monday feeling overwhelmed and anxious about my car, he remained honest, direct, patient, and transparent about scheduling and pricing. I’m genuinely grateful to have finally found a mechanic who treats customers equitably, takes pride in his work, and deeply values his reputation. It’s no surprise Heavenly Auto Care and the entire team have such glowing reviews across Google and Yelp.

Heavenly Auto Care is a hidden gem. They are expert auto mechanics, have reasonable prices, and you can bring your own parts. They can do Uber car inspection, repairs, and maintenance. Way faster and better than Wheel Works or Midas. They don't service Teslas but can inspect it for you. Hermes and the team are nice and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended auto shop. All 5 Stars.
