Absolutely terrible. I went in to get my prongs tightened, but they completely shaved down part of them and left the metal full of holes and deep scratches. When I asked for information regarding where my ring had been sent and the name of the jeweler who worked on it, the team completely refused to answer. They also handled my ring incredibly recklessly; even when I went to pick it up, they were aggressively holding and inspecting it in a way that showed a complete lack of care or consideration. I would never recommend that anyone go to this location for any type of fine jewelry. Their entire team is careless and only focused on making a sale. Even during our first visit just to get the ring looked at, they tried to pressure my fiancé and me into purchasing an entirely new second ring for an additional $20,000. When we returned a second time to complain, we stood inside for about 20 minutes while the staff helped other people. One employee right in front of us only looked up and acknowledged our presence when she overheard me mention the word "sale." That really shows you their true colors: they only want your money and do not actually care about their customers.

Today, the rep I came in contact with was an older Asian lady. Her comments as I was shopping for a tungsten wedding band for my fiancée let me know she was operating with prejudices. She told me they no longer carry that brand because they now have better metal which was great information (I appreciated this because I’m Not too knowledgeable about the men’s metal rings). However, when I asked to see one of the rings closer, she felt the need to share at that moment that 1) that ring was $3,000 and 2) the ring needed to be purchased and paid for in full upfront. Upon inquiring about more details of the ring it was revealed that the ring was half the cost she stated earlier. Another I was inquiring about was even less than that. Then, before leaving, I asked for a print out of a previously purchased ring (from a prior engagement) as I still have the ring and come in time to time to get it expected and cleaned. She was unwilling to print the ring details stating she couldn’t print it since it wasn’t purchased by me (obviously it wouldn’t have been purchased by me as it was a prior engagement ring). The issue I have with this, I’ve received this before in the past, so it seems her claim that she couldn’t print it again was not credible. Further the jewelry is under my telephone number. I’m utterly disappointed with the service I received and as you can imagine, the interaction left rethinking purchasing any other jewelry with the establishment!

Ms Sue was the extremely helpful and the sweetest person ever. She was not only knowledgeable but extremely patient with us. We recommend you stop by and pay her a visit you wont regret it. We will be returning.

Denise was amazing! We stopped in just to look at rings, and she made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. We didn’t plan on buying that day, but she truly listened to what we wanted and guided us to styles that were perfect for both of us. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we ended up ordering our perfect rings thanks to her. We couldn’t be happier, highly recommend Denise to anyone shopping for something special!
