Drink: supreme brown sugar boba milk tea (5/5) - i dont usually go for brown sugar milk tea because they always disappoint but heytea’s was actually good. - brown sugar at the bottom with the boba was warm and it perfectly complemented the milk tea base. - the milk tea itself i believe was a jasmine tea base. - for the price, and what you’d find for that same price at other stores, this drink is very delectable. Atmosphere (3.5/5) - nothing crazy, some seating but id imagine it gets worse when busier - the vibe feels very “wanna be clean” if that makes sense and although the kitchen is, the seating areas aren’t on par. - didn’t affect my rating since i don’t go to boba shops to linger around awhile. Service: (4.5/5) - good service and got my drink pretty quick. - what you would expect nothing crazy and not much to say here Overall rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The drink itself and how fast it came out when i was there carried the rating and id go back again.

A friend recommended this place, & I came to try many times. I think these 4 are the ok drinks here: the supreme bobo milk tea (for 1st time, after that it becomes boring, too creamy & to sweet), the cold jasmine milk tea (very strong), coconut mango boom ( which my son likes), & recently the pistachio cloud king jasmine (light/less sugar adjustment). I like the way they provide the paper bag, it looks fancy. The shop is small & clean. Downside: take really long time to get the drink, all their milk teas taste the same flavour as the supreme bobo milk tea. Nothing different when adding bobo into the drink. I guess they using too much brown sugar, that’s why it becomes too sweet when adding bobo into the drink. I don’t recommend to add bobo into the black milk tea with less sugar. It tastes sooo sweet. I bought my drink at 13:25 & just drink 2 sips to taste, & the drink still full at 10:41pm. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to drink a milk teas. Second one is the triple supreme matcha latte, it tastes bitter & blind, we had to throw it away.

5/11/2026* When I ordered online, the estimated wait time was 10 min, but I ended up waiting another 40 min in the store, and my drink still wasn't ready. I finally checked in with the staff, and that's when they realized they had never started making my drinks. This is actually my second time experiencing this issue. On a separate occasion, I also asked a staff member for a bag, and she just placed it on the counter and threw the straws onto the counter as well. 4/27/2026 I went there to get my usual order, the Triple Supreme Matcha, and everything tasted perfect with great matcha flavors! 9/24/25 I feel that Heytea's quality is really consistent, even though its price are a bit higher than other boba shops. This time I tried their Coconut Matcha Bbo, which has cloud, macha, coconut milk and boba. It tasted great, the flavor was on point. I ordered on their app, which makes it easy to customize your drink. Highly recommended!

The triple supreme matcha is a disaster, taste like a smell fish. 2 people shared it and we only could finish half of it. Service is also very slow, no one respond to my question while they talking loudly.

Ordered at 7:52 and received my drinks at 8:52. Exactly one hour wait for two drinks. The guy next to me ordered one drink and was waiting at least a half hour. Drinks are good, I went here cause I’ve been to the sf location but they were clean and quick there. Here, not really. I worked in restaurants so I tried to be understanding but come on.
