Hi Cafe

I heard about this cafe from Tiktok because of the matcha hype but I was surprised to see that they also had gelato. Awesome selection and flavors! I tried the straciatella and salted caramel as well as caramello chocolate crunch. Amazing! Will definitely come back to try their coffee

They have a variety of cloud topping, with either coffee or matcha base. We tried the coffee with salt cloud, which is legit. Very strong, classic Vietnamese coffee taste. Also tried the matcha with pandan cloud. I don’t think the matcha taste is strong, and don’t feel like they use high-quality ceremonial matcha either. The pandan cloud is good tho, and together I taste more pandan than matcha, which I surprisingly like (maybe becuz I like pandan anw). I wish they have some toppings for their drinks tho cuz I want sth to chew with my matcha Cute shop, playing Vietnamese music. Will come back to try more cloud flavor

This Vietnamese Coffee & Gelato spot in South San Francisco is newly opened. The Vietnamese coffee is bold, smooth, and perfectly sweet, and the gelato is creamy with a nice variety of flavors. The place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the service is friendly and fast. It’s a solid stop if you want something refreshing, flavorful, and a little different from the usual café. Solid coffee, but the 12oz pour gets lost with ice, it basically fills to the brim. Not worth the money as each cup is filled with 70% of ice.

Cute new coffee shop right off of El Camino in South City. Wide range of coffee and matcha. I had their egg coffee and my wife had their passion fruit matcha. Their matcha was awesome, not too sweet but had really nice flavor. The egg coffee was ok but not as good as I was hoping. The topping isn’t as thick or flavorful as you’ll find in little Saigon in SJ. Coffee has good flavor tho, and wasn’t just a strong drip coffee.

New store in south city specialized in Vietnamese coffee and also offer matcha ang gelato. It was sizeable store with some seating area. The interior wall is nicely decorated. I came for the vietnamese coffee. There are plenty of gelato options. I can says more gelato varieties than coffee. I ordered latte the viet coffee with matcha on the top and oatmilk. While it is interesting combination and quite good, it is missing the strong Vietnamese coffee flavor. The coffee is on the light side and same for the matcha. It think as we use oatmilk , it is also making it taste totally different. The service is quick. We ordered snd within minutes the order is ready. Next time when I am around the area, will try the viet coffee. There is free parking in the building. Not many though.
