Hi Fashion Nails

I went in for a dip fill and change of color. Where I had previously gotten them done, I've seen that they scrape off the old color and apply the new one. Well, the lady who attended me said she was unable to do that. She applied the same color and then using gel I had to choose another color since the one I desired was not possible. A little different way of doing a dip fill, but the lady was very sweet. Overall good customer service.

The staff is very friendly and always seem to remember you even when you haven't been there in months. The take excellent care of your feet, and no complaints when it comes to a them doing a pedicure. I only think that they can do a better job with manicures. I feel like they are little rough, rushed, and not efficient when it comes to nail care. When I use to get my nails done here it would come off quickly, my cuticles would not be looking so great.

Just had my first experience here and it was AWFUL. Horrible customer service and they overcharged me for a crappy nail job. (I clearly spoke Vietnamese but they insisted on talking about my nail choice in a language I understand while smiling at me) I told the guy doing my nails that one of the tips he put on was crooked and not only did he not fix it, but he made it WORSE and mumbled something about the tip he put on being too small.... Too bad this was after the tips were filled in and the paint was about to go on.... Sure, it may be a newly remodeled establishment, but I have NEVER had to pay $66 for tips and a pedi. Also, is a gel pedi even a thing??? Apparently here it is so they can charge you $28 dollars for it. You have been warned.

Wonderful service experience!! They always do a great job! I wasnt sure if the color was going to go with my skin tone and they let me try it out first and was really patient.

Omg! I usually never do reviews or leave bad ratings on any sort of business, but I felt the need to tell my fellow women to not go to this place! I went in asking the manicurist that I wanted something specific but wat I thought was also simple. I showed her a picture and she said she could do it. As she was doing my color I was looking at the tv in the mirror, when all of a sudden....a HUGE freaking rat climbed down a pipe from the ceiling!!!! Please note that I am usually not freaked out by rodents as I know mice get in houses and other places. But this was a Large FAT Rat! It was disgusting and disturbing as this was a first time for me. Then to top it all off...she did a sloppy and care less job on my art work. Never coming back! And it makes me wonder if the reviews I read were even real....
