After dealing with a cracked tooth and years of neglected fillings, I’m incredibly grateful I found Dr. Jeffrey Lau and the team at High Point Dentistry. Over the last nine months, they have been outstanding every step of the way. Dr. Lau took the time to develop a clear treatment plan, explain everything thoroughly, and make what felt overwhelming completely manageable. His attention to detail and quality of work are exceptional. What truly sets this office apart is the people. Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely committed to making your experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. This was my first visit to High Point Dentistry on Westgate. I was totally impressed on how they gathered information on my teeth with x-rays and two other scanning devices. With the information gathered, they evaluated what type of cleaning I needed it and what type of work needed to be done on my teeth. Dr. Lau was very thorough in examining my mouth and explaining problems I was encountering. The hygienist was excellent. The office staff was very informative on the financial aspect of my visit. So glad my neighbor recommended High Point Dentistry.

I had two prior dental visits / exams before I called High Point Dentistry. I needed a third opinion and I got it from Dr. Lau. Along with his professional staff that were genuine, sincere, caring and honest, I can state without a doubt that Dr. Lau is on point. Everything went smooth. He has “the midas touch.” He understood my concern well and offered Nitrous Oxide as a solution. Definitely helped. He also knew precisely where to begin numbing. Nothing was rushed or anything like that. I will be going back for another procedure. I am in good hands with them all.

I came to High Point Dentistry after being told by another dentist that I needed a root canal to eliminate severe tooth pain. Dr Lau thoroghly examined my teeth and determined I did not need that procedure. He made an adjustment on a cap on the tooth and gave me good advice to eat soft food for a while to allow the tooth to heal. I was so relieved to to avoid a root canal. I am very appreciative for his disernment and skill. The support staff members are also friendly and kind. Without reservation I can highly reccomend High Point. Martha Boswell.
