I recently toured His Grace Senior Living in Katy, and I was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and operator, Charleene, whose kindness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The home itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The common areas and resident rooms are well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and offer great storage and comfortable layouts. I appreciated the ADA-accessible bathrooms and rooms throughout the home, which shows how much care they’ve put into meeting residents’ needs. The backyard area is peaceful and inviting, perfect for sitting outside or enjoying some planting and gardening. I also felt reassured knowing the home is equipped with 24-hour surveillance for added safety, fully permitted with passing annual inspections through Harris County and Fire Marshall. The posted meal times and weekly menu were another highlight, giving a clear idea of what residents can expect each day. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. His Grace Senior Living truly feels like a safe, welcoming, and well-run home. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home with a welcoming atmosphere. Charleene is an exceptional host to her clients with the patience of Job. The food is so good, and is heart healthy. No complaints.

I rarely write reviews but when it is an outstanding product or service I feel like I must! His Grace Senior Living Center run by Charleene Hollowell is such a place. My 92 yo father who has dementia recently stayed there for 5 days and they were absolutely amazing. From the time we walked in and took the tour we were so impressed with the beautiful and inviting surroundings. Charleene and Leona(her assistant) made us feel so comfortable about my father getting excellent care while he was there. They provide a safe and nurturing environment that include homemade meals(my father LOVED the food), activities to keep them connected, and whole-house monitoring for their safety. My father required wound care and bathing and those things were continued while he was there. We loved the care and Charleene and her staff so much that we are looking into my father being there on a more permanent basis. Charleene has thought of EVERYTHING to make sure your loved one feels cared for. I highly recommend His Grace Senior Living Center.

I recently toured His Grace Senior Living Center after meeting the owner Ms. Charleen. This facility is immaculate and I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and how uniform each room was. I had already heard from other professionals in the healthcare industry about how beautiful her living center was, and the tour highlighted the care and concern that she and the staff their have for their senior residents. There exits were clearly marked and the walk ways were free of obstruction. The grounds have thorough surveillance and the environment and there are signs posted all over the residence clearly marking restrooms, rules for the areas home, evacuation maps, etc. I hate the thought of one day having to find a home outside of my own to place my parents in. But knowing that safe and clean facilities like this one still exist, and for an affordable rate, gives me hope that when that time comes, I can sleep soundly knowing that my loved one is in the great and capable hands of facility owners like Ms. Charleen. If you’re reading this and you’re in need of a service like hers, and if you’re ever in the Katy, Tx area, I’d definitely recommend giving her a call and scheduling and appt.
