Dr. Le is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional while being extremely compassionate and caring. If that were all that mattered, I’d go to her for the rest of my life. However, the front staff is nearly impossible to work with. I have called multiple times to schedule appointments, change appointments, request records/referrals be sent to specialists, and ask just general questions and every time has been a huge head ache. Some of the staff are extremely combative over the phone which is very confusing and off putting, and it has been difficult to have simple requests fulfilled (like having records/referrals sent). They also seem to have a LOT of trouble with the scheduling system, never seem to have availability (or at least won’t give any dates/times, they just say they have no openings?) and resort to saying they’ll call back if there’s a cancellation rather than letting me schedule a future appointment (I asked for the next available time, how is there no next available time? Even if it’s months from now, I want a scheduled appointment on the books.) Ive also been hung up on multiple times and had to call back to finish the conversation (getting an actual scheduled appointment or getting records faxed). I loved Dr. Le and felt great about the level of care she gives, but the front office is so difficult to work with I will need to find another doctor unfortunately.

I would NOT recommend to come to this office. First of all, they called my wife to come to do lab draw test but they don’t even check name or birthday on the system to get to the right name.My wife called back and left an voicemail right after they hung up the phone but they don’t pick up the phone or call back at all. This morning my wife has to call back again and they blamed it’s my wife fault. What are they doing? If they made an mistake to call wrong patient at least they have to call back to apologize or reschedule. They said my wife yell at him which is she NOT. She’s trying to ask and explain to him but he doesn't want to listen. Hang up my wife conversation and told her NOT to come to his office. Totally very bad customer service. Second, the office should hire professional receiptionist to answer phone call and schedule appointment NOT from family member. Get it straight. I am very upset about the way he treats my wife.

Been our family doctor for over a decade, and she always goes above and beyond. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness she has shown our family. Yes, the office is small and busy—because she’s such a great doctor. The staff work hard to keep up, and while they may not be perfect, they do their best. If that bothers you, there are plenty of other doctors with big offices, extra staff, and higher bills. Please go to them instead and leave more room here for those of us who truly appreciate this doctor. She’s rare: a doctor who genuinely cares and doesn’t overcharge or over-treat. That’s why we’ll gladly be patient with the small office and the hardworking staff. If you can't understand that her office is small and she can only fit so many staffs into it and complain about the shortage of staff or the quality of them then please go elsewhere. The current staffs are already doing more than they could to accommodate the large volume of patients.

I’ve always really appreciated the doctor here, she’s always been kind and super caring to her patient. However, the staff?? In particular, the male employee, who I believe is her brother… is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service skills. I recently called to ask about a scheduled appointment for my grandparents. I never made the appointment, so I simply wanted to find out who had scheduled it on their end. I was trying to clarify the situation RESPECTFULLY, but instead of helping, he gave me a terrible attitude and even started arguing with me over the phone. He questioned why I was the one canceling the appointment and implied I should’ve known about it just because my grandparents are elderly and visit regularly. The reality is, I have a job and responsibilities, I can’t just take them to an appointment that I didn’t even know about, let alone schedule. The doctor is wonderful, but this kind of treatment from her staff is unacceptable.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Le's office. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to her patients. Dr. Le's approach made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and her staff was equally welcoming and professional. Appointments were on time, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Le to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring doctor!
