Luz has been caring for my mom for about more than a year now. She is amazing and we feel very blessed to have someone like Luz helping care for my mom. Luz is patient, friendly, and goes above and beyond at all times. When my mom had cancer, Luz would help provide additional care support. She’s truly exceptional and one of a kind. How fortunate are we? Being far away it's difficult to entrust the care of my mom to others but with our team of caretakers we're able to give my mom one of her greatest wishes, to stay in her home. The past 2 years Enriqueta has been an integral part of that team. She reliable and trustworthy and works well with the others in mom's home. Enriqueta communicates proactively and understands that her presence is integral to the running of the household. Most of all though, Enriqueta is kind, personable and professional. I can always feel assured that my mother safe and happy in her care and that my mom is treated how we would, with love and kindness and compassion. Thank you Enriqueta for all you do. We appreciate you!

We’ve been working with caregivers from Home Instead/Honor for the past several years for both of my parents. We’ve had a range of caregivers, some of them have not been a great fit while others have been absolutely spectacular! So this rating is weighted towards the excellent caregivers we’ve had like Elaine and Preet who are conscientious, caring, efficient and extremely pleasant to have in the home. I know all the daily tasks will be carried out in a timely and thoughtful manner when they are on the schedule. On the negative side, we’ve had issues with billing, where Home Instead didn’t get the daily notes in on time to the insurance agency to be reimbursed for caregiver visits in a timely manner. But they seemed to have resolved that issue since it hasn’t come up in the past few months. On the positive side, the 24/7 text system (through their partnership with Honor) is excellent for conveying information and getting in touch with them. No caregiving agency is perfect, but overall they’ve done a good job working with us to meet our needs.

We wanted to express our thanks for the caregivers for my mom. Each one has been extremely competent, dependable, and has had a heartfelt concern for our mom. All of my sisters rest easier knowing that the caregivers for our mom are there to keep her safe and to assist with her daily needs. They are consistently in good humor and have safety and compassion at the forefront of their thoughts. The office managers are very communicative and are ready and willing to help with our requests to modify schedules, care routines, etc. We truly appreciate the flexibility and professionalism and compassion of everyone at Home Instead Senior Care.

Dawn is a wonderful caregiver for my mother Marie! I don't know how we would get by without her. Marie really enjoys her company, and looks forward to seeing Dawn on the days she comes for her caregiving. Dawn keeps Marie engaged. Marie says Dawn gives her the best showers and looks forward to her time with her each and every day. I don't know what we would do without Dawn.
