Huang Raymond S DDS

Dr. Huang toke very good care of my teeth always attend me with a smile. His work was so professional he made me smile with a full set of teeth. His assistant where very helpful nice and funny I always walk out of his office with a big smile.

Dr. Huang is a great dentist. He's the only dentist I know that does his own teeth cleaning. He's very fast, efficient, and gentle. When he sees something that needs fixing, he'll try to fix it right away. Even though his office is in an older building and his office isn't high tech, his staff are all very friendly and want you to be satisfied with their service.

This is my first time with Dr Huang (found him on Yelp). Here are the reasons why I gave him 5 stars: Staff: Receptionist and the doctor's assistant are super friendly and professional. Always talk to me with a smile. They called to remind me the appointment. Office: It is an old and simple but functional office. I don't see the dentist because he/she has an upscale office. I see the dentist for his/her quality of work. Dr Huang: First of all, I am always afraid of the needles but Dr Huang is a super gentle one. I did not feel the needle at all when he gave me the injection for local anesthesia. To me this is a A+. You can tell Dr Huang is a gentle person the moment you talk to him. Second, Dr Huang explained step by step what he was about to do to my teeth. I had a filling and a crown. It was no pain at all, just the sound of the drilling sometimes made me nervous. In the end, the result was very good. The color of the new teeth were matched with the rest. In addition, in my last 3 visits, the longest waiting time was 3 minutes. I am very happy to find this dentist and highly recommend him.

I was a regular patient with this dental office until 9/19(Thursday). When i had a dental emergency and tried to call the office, it went to the voicemail. I tried many times throughout the day, but there was still no answer, just a voice mail. I had to get a hold of my insurance company and asked them to try to get a hold of this dentist. Still, no luck. I finally called his emergency line late afternoon, and he finally answered, and he stated he is out of town!! I told him I have a dental emergency broken tooth.he told me to have his receptionist call me on monday and set up an appointment . On friday 9/20 finally the receptionist called me and gave me an appointment to come in on Monday 9/23 at 11:15 .AM. I arrived on time and waited 15 more minutes past my appointment time. I approached the receptionist she was very rude and unprofessional with an attitude. She told me I didn't have an appointment, and she just squeezed me in!! Finally, he was able to see my tooth he said it was a little bit chiped, but he did not do anything at that time .he said if that gets worse, to let him know. According to my insurance company, the emergency visit is covered. However, Dr.Huang filed the claim as a regular office visit. As a result I found out today that the claim was denied. He filed another claim on 9/30 under a different code for the same day 9/23 , and that was denied also. I filed the grievance with my insurance company and informed them that Dr.Huang didn't do anything for my broken tooth, and I will not pay this claim. I am never going to come back to this dental office again because of my terrible recent experience with them.
