I had a pleasure of working with Tom Huynh on a legal matter where my former tenant after moving out sued me for deposit which I accounted for very well according to the lease agreement. Tom won my case and made arrangements with my former tenant to pay the judgment + attorneys fees and court costs in installments. Tenant paid in full. Since then, being a member of Texas Apartment Association, I have worked with an attorney who legislates, writes landlord tenant law for the state of TX, writes leases for TAA, trains local judges and wins. However, working with a partner at a larger lawfirm, where stuff gets hectic, things get lost, forgotten and omitted in a whirlwind of activity, I do appreciate the difference bw that and Tom's very personal attentive meticulous approach to his work with a client. My experience with Tom was exceptional. I was impressed by the level of his dedication to his clients. Tom was available by phone whenever I had questions, updated me on the progress of the case and explanained the process like no other attorney does. Tom is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail in his case preparation was top notch. The binder with the case file he brought to court was so meticulously organized for the judge with tabs and guidance for evey little thing blew me away, I even asked to save one for myself. I definitely have recommend his services to other landlords.
