Me and my sister asked if they could take us very late in the day close to their closing time and they graciously accepted! We didn’t feel rushed at all, they really took the time to give us excellent care and hospitality! And Lee Lee put so much care and detail into my sisters prom nails!! I mean looks at them! The pictures speak for themselves! Wow <3! And Jin did a fantastic job on my cat eye set! We will absolutely be back!
Rocky did an excellent job I absolutely LOVE my nails they’re the best I’ve had! Great customer service as well Thank you to rocky and Lucy!
I never had my nails done that bad before, I went there for regular pedicures and gel manicure at the same day when I got home i notice that my toes didn’t dry well and coming off , i called them they asked me to come back to fix it , I took a shower at the weekend and notice that my gel manicure is coming off !! Just 2 days after !!! I went back to them to fix both. But shortly after all my nails were coming off again! And my toes as well they are both chipped !!! I paid $120 as total for this service and for that price you expect things to get done right, usually my nails stay at least 3 weeks if bot longer until I go to the salon to get them done. However the team was very nice and respectful and they offered me coffee that’s why I give them two stars.
My elderly mother had a terrible experience at this salon. She clearly asked the technician not to cut her nails, but her request was ignored. They cut them anyway, which will cause them to grow out improperly. They also cut her cuticles until they bled and scrubbed her feet so aggressively that they rubbed skin off. Communication was nearly impossible, and no one acknowledged her requests. She left in pain with bleeding cuticles and a poor polish application that we had to remove at home. This was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon.
I absolutely loved my nails they turned out even better than I imagined! The attention to detail was amazing, and you can really tell they care about their work. The service was also incredible everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
