I came in for a simple gel removal and requested a basic manicure. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and damaging to my natural nails. The nail tech used only a drill to remove the gel—no soaking or proper removal method—which severely weakened my nails. They became so brittle they had to be cut down very short, and now the nail beds are bumpy and extremely sensitive to the touch. When I raised my concern, the nail tech insisted that the product on my nails had to be completely drilled off. To be sure, I called the original tech who did my nails previously, and she confirmed it was only gel with two base coats—nothing that required such aggressive removal. Once I told the current tech what I’d learned, she gave a quick “oh sorry” and asked what I wanted to do. I told her she’d need to at least finish the manicure and cut my nails to prevent further damage. Shockingly, there was no real apology or concern for the harm done. She simply walked away, and another tech came over to finish the service. I was still charged in full, even though my nails were left damaged and I received no accountability or proper care. I will not be returning and would caution anyone who values the health of their natural nails. I’m adding my nails before which had the French gel and after

I was very happy with my gel manicure. Tommy, Did a great job! He even managed to Use some type of magnet to give me a type of swirl. These colors are very soft but different. I never had this Before so I was very excited to get get them done. This plaza is located right off.The freeway on the 805 south.

One of the worst experiences. I got a gift card for my anniversary and was excited to go get my nails done. The workers were so rude, they only speak in Vietnamese to each other and were clearly talking about the customers and laughing at them. I expressed that the steamer towel was too hot and the lady covered my foot and leg with it anyway. It is dingy and unkept. Do yourself a favor and find another place to spend your money and to get your nails done.

I have been here twice now and both times extremely satisfied! The first time he came in was for a Christmas party. I was going to put the nightmare before Christmas theme. My nails and toes were done up so cute! They did not chip, peel, or break. This time around I went and got my nails, filled and painted with an earthy subtotal pink with a little glitter, pink hearts on the ring finger. Again, it was absolutely perfect, and I could not be happier! The ladies are very quick, talented, efficient, and nice! This is definitely my new spot!

I visited on 9/8/23 within the last hour before close. I got a fill and pedicure. The woman working on my hands rushed through the process and left paint on my skin, spilled a drop of nail polish on my dress (now ruined), was FaceTiming someone while working on me, and was scrolling through social media. It hasn’t even been 1 week and one of my nails have already chipped. Lesson learned - don’t go get work done when they’re almost closed because they rush and stop paying attention to details. I had to ask them to clean off the paint off the sides of my nail after she told me she was finished. And I had to ask for a cloth to try and remove the polish from my dress. She did try to help, but I wish she’d would’ve thought to help me. I paid over $100 on this visit for not so good quality. The management should train their staff on professionalism so that the customer gets the same quality experience each time. This place is a hit or miss and you don’t know what to expect when it comes to service quality. I give them a 2 star for being friendly.
